Well I'm just going to come out and admit that I've given up on my Jane Austen challenge. It sounded like a good idea, but after reading 3 Austen's in a row, I needed a break. After my "break" book, I needed another one. Now there's no way I'm in the mood to go back to Austen.
Sorry! I shall finish it someday...
I just finished Bridget Jones, The Edge of Reason. It was laugh out loud funny, like the first.
Which made me pull the first one out again today for a reread. Last night I started A Girl From Yamhill by Beverly Cleary.
My next books will be for the Spring Challenge hosted by Callapidder Days
and I'll be listing those soon. I just went to the library with my honey today and picked out some good ones.
I'm also pre-reading some books for my son's curriculum, Sonlight's Core 200. I need to be prepared to discuss the books with him and also make sure there's nothing inappropriate in them either.
My first one to read will be Pictures of Hollis Woods.
That's all for now, off to read.

I think you deserve a medal for getting through 3 Austen's in a row. As much as I love the idea of reading all of them at some point, I've never been able to finish one yet.
Cheers,
Ruthie
